Returns and Replacements

Changing your mind

As our valued customer, your satisfaction is our top priority. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days (from the date you receive your goods) to return it to us for a full refund. We will refund your full invoice value, including delivery. Please see below for further details and instructions on how to return an item.

Faulty goods

In the unlikely event that there was a problem with your order or the goods were faulty, please contact us via email ( to arrange a replacement or refund.

Non-refundable products

We are unable to offer a refund on a small number of products, such as items which have been personalised or perishable goods. Please check our full terms and conditions

Returning an item

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Returns that do not meet our policy will be sent back to you.

You must first contact us at to request a return. Please include your order details and pictures of the unopened goods. If your return is accepted, we’ll email you right away with instructions where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Misterdog is not responsible for return shipping costs. Every shipping has to be paid by the customer, even if the item had free shipping, the customer has to pay for the shipping in return.
