Shipping Policy

When you place an order on our website, you commit to buy the items in that order at the price indicated at the time of purchase including any delivery fees, taxes and custom duties where applicable. You order is subject to our acceptance and might be held for reasons such as ineligibility, inability to confirm payment authorization, suspected fraud, shipping restrictions and stock availability. Your order is only confirmed when you receive a notification from us. 

You will be notified when your order has shipped by email, on the email address you provided while checking out. In this shipment confirmation email you will also find a tracking code to track and trace your order.

We aim to ship everything within 48 hours (except for the weekends and public holidays) after receipt of your order.  How long the shipment will take depends on where you are located. 

If a package is undeliverable, the customer will be held responsible for any original, return or re-delivery charges. Misterdog is not responsible for failure or delay of delivery for reasons outside our reasonable control.

** We reserve the right to impose a re-delivery charge where your order is not accepted at the address supplied to us on the confirmed date of delivery. 

*** Orders placed outside of our ordinary working hours (11am-7pm) after the cut-off time and/or on any public holiday will be deemed placed on the first working day following the date on which the order was submitted.
